Refund Policy

50% Deposit Required to book a charter

​

The deposit is non-refundable EXCEPT under the following circumstances:

​

1. Boat becomes unfit for charter.

2. Owner agrees in writing that a refund should be made

3. On either the night before or the morning of the scheduled charter, the weather forecast indicates that conditions would prohibit the safe navigation of the boat.

The Charter may be rescheduled prior to 72 hours before scheduled departure date without fees.

Rescheduling within 72 hours may result in rescheduling fees and/or forfeiture of deposit.

Cancellation of a charter will result in forfeiture of deposit.
